Being always up to date with the latest knowledge is important to Amomed and therefore attaches great importance to modern and up-to-date employee training. The Amomed Learning App enables physicians, pharmacists, partner companies and internal users to continuously and quickly gain knowledge about Amomed, its products and application areas.

*The AMOMED APP*
This app is designed as a training program specifically for medical and product-specific learning transfer for doctors, pharmacists, partner companies and internal users. The aim is to impart medical knowledge in connection with Amomed products and to advise on areas of application. The content is presented in short, compact flashcards and videos that you can browse anytime, anywhere. You can check your learning progress at any time.
Microtraining by app is learning on the smartphone and in small steps. This mobile learning allows flexibility in terms of time and space and enables a self-directed and individualised learning experience, which - subsequently - serves to secure knowledge in the long term.

*The Amomed LEARNING STRATEGY*
With the help of the Amomed app and the method of microtraining, the essence of the most diverse knowledge contents is compactly prepared and deepened through short and active learning steps.
Classical learning uses an algorithm. The questions are to be processed in random order. If a question is answered incorrectly, it comes back later - until it is correctly answered three times in a row in the course unit. This creates a sustainable learning effect.
In addition to classical learning, level learning is also offered. The learning cards are automatically divided into 3 levels by the system and given to the learner at random. Between the individual levels, a so-called "cooling phase" in the form of time is provided. This is necessary in order to achieve brain-compatible and sustainable knowledge acquisition. A final test makes visible where the learning progress lies and where possible deficits lie and can be readjusted if necessary.
And as a third possibility it is offered to retrieve knowledge through a test without having learned explicitly with the Amomed app before.

*Learning incentives through QUIZ and/or LEARNING DUELS*
At Amomed, continuing vocational training should be associated with pleasure. The possibility of quiz duels is used to implement the playful learning approach. For example, colleagues can be challenged to a duel. This makes learning even more entertaining. For example, the following game mode is possible: In three question rounds of 3 questions each, it is determined who is the king of knowledge.
Get talking with the chat function
The chat function in the app makes it possible for employees to exchange information for training purposes.
